The Alumni Wall of Honor stretches more than 200 feet along Oak Street from the corner of Oak and Washington Avenue and honors the enduring connection between the University and its former students. The names engraved on the wall are the University of Minnesota alumni who have received the Outstanding Achievement Award, the University’s highest award for graduates, honoring alumni who have excelled in their chosen field and who have made extraordinary contributions to their communities.
